The Caspian is an intimate dining experience by Runan Caviar in collaboration with Brenden Benjamin of The Blind Owl Supper Club, hosted inside Interval Gallery, Clerkenwell. The menu unfolds as a journey,  from shore to depth, light to profound, introducing multiple expressions of Runan Caviar through considered, restrained dishes.

Interval Gallery anchors the evening both architecturally and culturally, framing the dinner as a moment of gathering, conversation, and quiet immersion rather than spectacle.

Persian inspired drinks are included and provided by Sipsmith London.
