How is the caviar shipped?

All caviar is shipped in specialised refrigerated packaging, placed on an ice core, and sealed within a discreet, logo-free outer box.
This maintains a continuous cold chain until arrival.

Are returns or refunds possible?

Due to the perishable nature of caviar, returns are not accepted.
Refunds are issued only if the shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit.
